Clean, tidy, but old buildings and there are some spot which is not bright enough (the lamp)

DONT EVER STAY HERE! will never stay here again!
Booked via agoda, all photo looks fine, everything looks normal until when we checked in, the remote for aircond not working , check with the receptions , they just pretend nothing happened ignored usb.
at night the shower hose burst! cant shower. check with reception again they refuse to change room or provide any solution as " manager not around" we have to force them to change another room for us after some argument.
day to check out , we are late a little . maybe 30-40 mins . they turn off all the main power for the room, when we request to have power for just 10 mins so we could pack up the lady is extremely rude to us says " SIR I DON'T KNOW ! IF YOU DON'T COME DOWN NOW I WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE ROOM ! COME DOWN NOW!
when we asked for management contact or who is the manager everyone just ignored us.
Horrible services ! room issue! receptions refuse to solve any problem.

The room is clean and is as good as i think. You can stay here if you have a short vacation here. However, no hair dryer and water heater in room. There is a free hot water service at lobby which i found is not quite convenience.
