I stayed for a week in Feb 2017.
I found the room clean, the staff helpful and spoke good English.
The towels and bedding were changed daily even though I did not select them for replacement.
The breakfast was tasty and the selection of hot and cold food was good and varied.
Buy the breakfast with the room booking otherwise it's expensive for what it is.
The communal area is clean and I had no issues with the room or the bed.
The Wi-fi worked.
I never tried the TV.
The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 was as has been mentioned by some other guests. If you get a noisy guest next door. You can easily hear them. But I did not find the cleaning staff to be noisy at all.
Difficult to find if you walk from the sky Train in the night and through the market place. ( A lovely local man helped me )
Centrally located and you can easily get around the town.
A 10 minute walk to the water bus and the sky Train if you know where you're going..
I would stay there again without hesitation.

Friendly staff, nice and comfy environment with reasonable price. It is convenient walk to 7-11 and platinum fashion mall.

Generally good hotel, clean n had had 3 night good sleep. Cons: bad if u have bad neighbor as the sound proof is bad.
Main prob: since the sound proof is bad, their staffs are noisy talking outside
