Room very clean & cozy. Very quiet place even in the heart of pratunam. Staffs are friendly, professional & helpful. Easy to get taxi just infront of the hotel. Just a short walking distance to Pratunam market & ARL. You must try the massage over here. Good & worth for money. Very suitable for shopper & even family trip.

Clean and nice place to stay. Very good and helpful staff. Only thing there's a short climb of stairs to the lift.

Toilet ceiling too short. Can be improved. Apart from that, this place is a beauty.

Very helpful and friendly reception desk and will patiently answer your questions. The rooms are big and value for money but the bed is a bit tough. Other than that, everything is good.

Originally forgot to book for an additional guest but the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with the addition and set up the extra bed very promptly. The room itself is rather small but well furnished with a flat screen TV, and mini fridge. Complimentary bottles of water was also provided with each guest which is always nice to see. The beds were a little too hard for my liking but that's a personal opinion.
