Not a bad hotel but it's let down by little things - cracked tiles, stained furniture and poor TV. But it is right near everything. A BTS is right next door

Rooms are dated. However service from staff excellent. We booked 2 rooms and both rooms don't have any views at all. We face some conference rooms and are forced to draw the curtains daily

Hotel staff were very polite, they have changed my room on a request for MahaNakon view.

This is rated as a 3 stars but it should be 2 stars for US travelers. First room was 1.5 stars, flooded, the water created a lagoon inside the bath. The carpet was dirty. The hotwater comes and goes. We were upgraded to a better room(2.5 starts) but the new room when you use the bath tub the water leaked from bath tub top area to the bathroom floor. When using the shower the water leaked to the toilet area. I felt like something was biting my legs. The good things was that people were very nice at the hotel.

The hotel was surprisingly nicer than it appears from the outside. Room was spacious and clean and so was the bathroom. Wifi was good and plenty of variety at breakfast. Four stars because no cab drivers knew where the hotel was so we had to get off at the main road and walk back.
