Room/suite was lovely. It was our honeymoon and we really enjoyed our time at the chatrium. Pool was a good size with towels and helpful staff. Staff in general couldn't help enough! Shuttle boat service to the main sky train/river taxi dock was perfect. Food was great. Buffet breakfast got a bit boring after 4 days, but thats me being picky. There was so much choice compared to other place I've stayed. Would highly recommend

Nice, large double bedroom/bathrooms. Great view of the river. Amazing free breakfast buffet every morning. Extremely nice and attentive staff. Would definitely come again.

Best value hotel along river. Excellent breakfast quality and variety. Free boat shuttle from 6am - 1145pm between hotel and bts. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. River view suite offer panoramic view of river. Very big room and balcony !

I recommend this hotel very strongly. The rooms are spacious and clean. You have fresh fruits daily in your room. The staff all but all of them are super accommodating and very respectful. The breakfast is to die for. I enjoyed my stay very much and give the hotel 10 out of 10.

We had stayed once before a few years ago and I can't remember why but we thought it was just OK. This time however, we were really impressed.
Check in was easy. Minutes after arriving to our room, housekeeping arrived with bedding for the couch for our 3 year old to use even though we didn't ask for it and policy seems to say kids should use existing bedding.
Grand River View room actually had a good view of the river (not just a technical glimpse as we've found in some other places, including our previous stay at Chatrium). Breakfast had plenty of choice. Glad we have Chatrium another try.
