Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to converse well in English and helped us check in smoothly. The hotel room is spacious, comfy and well equipped. No issues were found except for the temperature control in the shower. It was either too hot or too cold, but it was alright with occasional adjustments. We also used the gym there during our stay. It was sufficiently equipped for a small workout session. Lastly, the staff are timely with their daily cleanup of the room. And we are always able to come back after a long day to a neat and clean room. Great stay overall! :)

Location amazing. For the price hotel is nice, has a small kitchenette. I travelled with my parents and we had inter connecting room which was convenient and good size. My mom really liked this hotel, very close to the pratunam shopping areas and lots of restaurants to eat close by.
Cons: Reception staff were slow and lacked English language skills. Unable to understand properly and very slow with check in and check out.

Excellent service, fantastically friendly staff. Outdoor salt water pool and jacuzzi is great. Rooms are wonderful and clean and modern. Would absolutely recommend.

Location was great, just opposite platinum shopping mall. The rooms are huge but furnishing are abit on the old side... Service is great too. Just that the Aircon leaked on the second night because we tried to adjust the temperature higher as it was too cold.... Overall, a great experience! Worth the money for a room with two queen sized beds with a small kitchenette!

Location for massage is good. Room size is very good and clean. Furnishings are very worn-out. Towels and sheets are old and occasionally dirty. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Ambience and lobby decor are exotic. Be prepared to walk a lot if you are heading to the malls nearby. Overall its good, just that I am fussy with towels, sheets and furnishings. Oh yes, only intolerable thing is the water system.. It's very difficult to adjust between the hot and cold water.
