Very convenient for shopping but if need to Grab car better walk to Biyoke Sky hotel as the traffic is horrible

Location is great if you shop for clothings and fashion accessories. Room is spacious since it's an old hotel, but lacking in amenities and really needs to be renovated. Staff aren't that friendly and hardly understand english.

The place is strategic if you are a fashion buyer..the Pratunam Market is just nearby. A 10 minute walk is the Platinum Mall. The mall is a fashion haven. The room we got is very comfortable, two LCD TVs are available; in the bedroom and living room. Room service is available. There is a bathtub. The view is quite spectacular from the balcony. Book online early for a better price.

Lack of cleanliness, baby cockroaches and ants at desk and kitchen platform, stinking toilet,
A/c is working but not enough to cool whole room even after 5-6 hrs.
Rooms are good with old interior but not maintained properly.
Room service people doesn't understand English.
phone was not working in room.
Parking problem nearby hotel.
Housekeeping should be improved.
