เข้าใจว่าเป็นตึกสำหรับให้เช่าสำนักงานหรือร้านต่างๆ ทำให้มีพวกร้านอาหารน้อย และแพง แต่ก็มีการจัดงานขายของตรงชั้นล่างเป็นประจำ

Building itself is good, parking systen for motorcycle is horrible !!! Free 15 minutes even if we stamp the receipt after spending at the restaurants etc. This is unacceptable especially for the tiny spaces they provide for bikes. There is no where in BKK that provides such a short amount of time free. Everywhere else is at least 1 hour.
The way the close they elevator to Fitness first is also inconvenient as the lift takes time to come.
All the entrances are closed on week ends and we have to make a detour to the main entrance !!!
Staff whether it's security guards, or concierge are badly trained. Maids are nice though.
A lot to improve.

A small mall mainly patrolled by office people who go there for lunch or coffee. The mall is clean and not crowded

A place for many health care clinics and fitness. After 5 pm weekdays, parking with a stamp is free until midnight. Weekends and holiday is free until midnight with a stamp.
