This is my local. It is very good, with a nice selection of bands who play a good range of styles. I like it here very much.

Good place for ROCKER. They play old and modern rock.

When it comes to rock or blues rock in bkk, this is the place. However, there is no mosh here. It's just the same old style and u can get bored.
On the other hand, if u want to listen to punk or hardcore, I believe "Brown stone" is more like you want to try.

Many years ago was great. But now the staff unfriendly and inattentive, owner thinks he is the star. Furthermore too expensive and music is too loud. A bottle of German beer was a year overdue, really disgusting. I had to pay it on top.

Went to watch Animals as Leaders at the rock pub. The gig was delayed for 2 hours and we were forced to wait outside with no explanation. We were then finally allowed into a dead venue with no atmosphere. The opening act only played for 5 minutes before Animals as Leaders took the stage. The show was good but there were problems with the sound. The band was cut short due to a "sound curfew" which I suspect was nonsense. Everyone was then chased out of the venue immediately. Extremely disappointing from a venue that claims to be one of the best in Thailand.
