Horrendous. Staff were rude , they charged me a higher rate than what was clearly advertised in their own reception, the room was full of cockroaches and i got bed bug bites all over me!!!

It's a cheap alternative if you're low on cash and you need to spend a night in dar es salaam. I wouldn't recommend it otherwise.

33.000 T Shillings, or $15,00, for a night. Includes a tea and an egg sandwich for breakfast. Clean basic rooms with fan and warm water. Bring your own towel. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

The breakfast doesn't get made in a clean way but much cheaper than other accommodations and also a good location.
