It's a unique spot in TJ - the architecture is certainly something to behold - but for me - the real draw was the lakeside benches and gondola's.

Very strange and kitchy place. Try to find a local administrator who speaks English and ask her to show you around the palace. It's worth visiting 'cause the inner great halls are hidden from most of the people.

Building looks grandiose and majestic. It is new and its architecture is worth your time. It was projected to be a huge tea house, but the idea was dropped eventually. Hence, there are a nightclub, a cinema, stores etc. in the building.
