One of my favorite parks in Taipei. Especially around sunset they offer a very nice environment, with nice bike ways, alot of green areas and some tea bars and restaurants nearby.

Nothing but disappointing food, drink, locals who don't know how to behave, and quite a number of animals permitted in eating and food preparation areas.

The plaza hosts an increasing number of nice little events, and they are in the process of expanding the selection of eateries and bars housed in shipping containers around the area.
