Really nice place to run or ride a bicycle. Runivore organises a free 5km timed race every month here. It is fantastic.

Great Park to ride a bike. Taipei's river biking routes are fantastic and extensive.

Fuhe Riverside Park is a wonderful place any time of day or night. The post-typhoon repairs expanded and improved the bike path, so it can now support the population of active locals that frequent the riverside park on evenings and weekends.
It offers climbing walls, dirt soccer fields, tennis courts, baseball fields, and basketball courts, some of which are lit at night and most of which are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
The riverside park provides direct access to Treasure Hill (寶藏嚴) and Gongguan. It is also the crossroads for longer-distance runners and bikers headed towards Jingmei and Muzha, Xindian, or north towards Guting Riverside Park and the western edge of Taipei City.
