Once and never again......I swear. I love friendly Taiwanese people and I do like all the restaurants so far in Taiwan, but this is absolutely an exception.

Atmosphere is good and the outdoor seats are awesome. Cost 20NTD for the electricity if you want to charge. Food looks good but doesn't taste fresh, I ordered tart tart fish but the fish is not fresh,my friend ordered wine beef but the beef is very hard to chew. Anyway, it's a good place to stay over the afternoon relaxing~~~~

New owner. Atmosphere still relaxed, waffles not as good as before, but a lot of new drinks and special deals. Inexperienced, but friendly staff.

Don't usually live in Taipei, but this place is a gem whenever I'm back. I've been getting a lot of work done here. It is usually relatively quiet, but people can fill it during certain hours. WiFi is reliable. Picks good work music in the background, too.
Some members of the staff are outstanding and friendly; others, not so much. That would be my only complaint. Also, charging to use power sockets seem a little excessive for customers who order more than one drink (as I do always).
