Got stopped mid workout for hitting the heavy bag too hard. THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE A HEAVY BAG?!
Luckily i was still on trial and didnt spend my money on this gym. real shame they are so uptight.
dont go unless you are over 60 and like working out in a library.
