Poor service and rude staff. Wasn't impressed that I almost signed a contract at double the price I booked online, and the staff member was least bothered when I mentioned it, and just reprinted at the correct price without much hesitation.

Used this office multiple times. Always friendly and quick service. No problems with dropping off cars out of opening hours.

I have been traveling for business for the last 20 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental car company. When I had a question about parking he told me to go find one outside . (note nothing is in english and he did not offer to help in any way).
The car was nice but the individual behind the checkout desk was EXTREAMLY rude he would not even let me get 1 sentence out before he stopped me and started talking. Eventually I did get loud so he would stop talking that's when he threatened to call the cops on me. Looking back on it that would have been a very good thing because they could have explained how the parking worked when this guy was not willing to help at all. Please do not use this company there is several other car rentals really close. NOTE I am working on returning this car and getting one from a competitor right now.
