The food was great, but the service was horrible. We sat outside and our waiter never came to check on us. Sad because I liked the food.

Service was not acceptable. Food came cold and the manager accused us of lying. Very rude. Menu was also different from the one shown outside the restaurant. Really do not recommend. One star is too much.

Excellent Italian food on the shore of Lake Lucerne. The staff is very courteous and the interior is very elegant. Its outdoor terrace is somewhat exposed to the pedestrians walking by, which is a matter of personal taste. Nevertheless, some of the best tasting Italian dishes are served at this exceptional location.
