WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
I rent a car for 3 days and after the return I was charged additional 80EUR because the fuel tank was empty, according to the employee.
I got in contact several times with the agency to explain the situation, providing pictures of the fuel receipts + extract of my card transactions showing the payments
Summary:
NO evidences provided to justify the invoice
NO written answer after more than one week
NO customer service available, except the number of the agency
After other callings I was told by the agency manager that the fuel was not empty but they found 5lt missing, and they refunded me 30EUR only.
If you really paid 50EUR for 5lt of gasoline, there are only two possibilities:
- You put Bordeaux wine in the tank instead of fuel
- You got fooled by the fuel station
If this is your standard, you’re not going to have any other visits from me.
TO ALL OTHER UNLUCKY CUSTOMERS: you’d better make a video of the fuel tank at the arrival and keep the fuel receipts with you!

Very courteous staff and good cars. However, the signs for car rental point you in two separate directions. In addition, there may be no spots to actually drop the car off, particularly with all the hertz branded mini-trucks taking up the precious spots. I would recommend not cutting it too close for your flight given this

Excellent rates. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use again and again and will recommend to everybody on the night bus!!!
