Ok standard, but this is an old building. Since this is in Småland, I'm not verk surprised that they keep a bible att the room. But for me this is not very modern thinking. The breakfast was very crowded, but this weekend The hotel probably was fully booked because of the big song contest nearby. Ok, not more or less then that.

Nice hotel. Room and shower was good. Breakfast was great as usual at Scandic. The only negative is that the surroundings are not very nice, but if you just gonna sleep and have a car or bike, it's not a problem.

We attended a happening at the Vida Arena which was in walking distance from the hotel. There was a whole chaos at the hotel bar after the show. There were no places left to sit and they could not sell drinks because there were no clean glasses.
The same thing happened the next morning at breakfast. They were running out of everything: plates, knives, glasses, coffee cups, food...
Otherwise the hotel is a bit worn out but just okay for an overnight stay. The Samarkand shopping mall is in walking distance.

Reasonable hotel, with good food and facilities. Only negative point is lack of air conditioning in the building and rooms.
