The BEST hotel I've ever stayed at. Great service, nice rooms, great location, great breakfast, all right next to some sweet views and ruins!

Very nice family-run hotel with nice personality. I feel that the hotel's marketing is probably the weirdest part. They are taking a lot of pride (more than they should, IMHO) in some local "organic" certification and try to present themselves quite corporate-y, whereas the value of the hotel seems to be in the local warmth.
There's a very nice inner garden neighbouring church ruins, an amazing bakery just around the corner, the botanical garden is 5 minutes away and the owner has a shy dog who eventually overcomes her fear of kids. From our bathroom we could see the church ruins over the blue sky.
One detail - family rooms are not necessarily wheelchair accessible. Make sure you are very specific about accessibility needs.
So really, a nice and pleasant experience, I don't see why they bother playing the "certification" game.
