Nice place, but as a general topic, I notice general state of eatery cleanliness is dropping. Toilet smells, food on the floor, tables left dirty...garbage tossed behind large flower pots... This place is ok-ish inside... could be cleaner with a little effort. Food is nice and worth it. And it closes at 18 during summer :)

Great old place that's full of character, particularly upstairs. Tasty and good value meals. Good for children.

The lunch was very good. (Fried goat cheese with salad) I like the room decoration and the food ordering system.

For all the history nerds and viking fans out there - this is the place to go!! Right next to the famous viking king mounds, and the church which was build on the very place the viking temple used to be (where the animal- and human sacrifices were carried out), you can sit down and have a "fika" - or why not try the incredible, authentic mead? Watch out though, while it's sweet to the taste the alcohol will sneak up on you and get you more drunk than you think!
There is also an antique shop next doors with a wide array of items, but don't look for a bargain - this guy knows what he has and sells his stuff for full price.
