One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, in Sweden. Spacious room, clean rooms and bathrooms, good weekend price, AMAZING breakfast.

Great location on the edge of town, good service, good sized room with towels and toiletries, fantastic breakfast selection including cooked breakfast, and close to bus connections

Overall the hotel was excellent, the room was very spacious and very clean, hair dryer and iron were provided which was very handy. Everything seemed new, the buffet breakfast was great with a lot of choice. The location you are 5 minute walk from centre of Umea-. The only downside was the shower door didn't lock properly and the water leaked from the bottom all over bathroom floor. I would definitely stay here again.

"Are you sure this is the hotel?" - it's situated in a grand, old school next to a park and the town church downtown - so it gives of an amazing first impression.
Rooms are spacious and stylish.
Very handicap-friendly.
Very welcoming, informative and efficient staff.
The cons:
No free parking.
The breakfast area could've been arranged a bit less traffic hazardous.

Pros: good breakfast, newly built and nice interior, spacious sink, cozy sauna.
Cons: room was a bit cold (april +1° outside), floor heating didnt work, average hotel gym, no kettle
