There's a healthy amount of equipment ranging from dumbbells and barbells to various cardio exercises including running, rowing, and spinning. There is also a room for group training as well as a small space dedicated to functional training. The training equipment seems to be well maintained and the locker room feels spacious, at least during the morning hours. Unfortunately the showers don't let you change the temperature of the water.

Friendly, not too crowded neighbourhood gym with great staff. Shower area in need of a tune-up.
