Fantastic service, knowledgeable personnel, superb atmosphere, and large selection of books. Might be a bit crowded, and some books may require a ladder to reach. Beware!

Call me a nerd, but this bookshop is one of my favourite places in Europe. It has a great selection of English language books, a very smart manager and a wonderful decore, right down to the huge stacks of books up all the walls. The manager's recommendations are absolutely spot on, when it comes to autobiography and Scandinavian crime thrillers. There is also a great selection of history books, in English. Stockholm is a fantastic city. The Swedish are lovely people, and this bookshop is another great reason to visit.
