The first McDonalds I have visited in my life that does not understand the principle of a "fast food" restaurant. That said, have you ever encountered a McDonalds (or similiar chain) that opens its doors at 10am and closes down at 8pm? No? Welcome to Östersund, where the impossible is made possible. Whether you are looking for something fast to eat or a coffee before work, or something fast to eat after work, I would recommend you to go elsewhere if you don't want to stand in front of closed doors (or want to wait 15-20 minutes for a simple burger!)

The whole place was a mess, the service was slow and the food was cold. Really not up to the McDonalds standard.

Are you in a hurry this place will be good. Stressful place where you hear sounds from the timers all the time & see the staff in a hurry all the time.
Usely lots of guests here.

If you go there you see immediately why it has under 3 Stars. Really much room for improvement.
