Clean and comfortable. Didn't have to wait! But be sure to book a time slot before you get there. Staff is very kind and helpful.

When you spent money and time for a yearly check-up, you do not want to hear "you can google that" or "that is not my area of expertise" (subtext, I cannot be bothered to go and ask). No interest in the animal, all autopilot and some of the investigations which we were assured would take place at the time of the scheduling, were not even mentioned. Last time they will see us there.
