I'm not sure how was the service 5 months ago, but I must express my complete satisfaction with the service I used few days ago. I myself made a mistake in the booking and they still managed to find me a driver, short notice, at 3am in the morning, for the price of the original booking.

Took one taxi ride with them, but they continued to charge me multiple rides. 10 charges in one day, multiple charges everyday for over a month. This company is terrible and fraudulent and I would stay away far far away from them.

Ordered a taxi for a displayed fästpris of 295 SEK. The next day, i got a SMS early in the morning, that another taxi had to be ordered which would cost 390 SEK. The Taxi did not show up. After calling the hotline, another taxi was ordered for me, which arrived 50min later and cost 420 SEK. Complaints were answered friendly; however, the additional cost have never been refunded, although it had been promised. Will never use taxijakt again, sorry.

Booked a taxi from central stockholm to Skavsta for a very early flight . Cab was waiting on time and fixed price was the cheapest in all stockholm at 990sek.
Recommended if you dont want to cope with a bus.
