Unfortunately I cannot recommend Klostergatans. I am new to Sweden, and am beginning to understand that lunch in a nicer restaurant means a longer experience than the US, but this was ridiculous. The appetizer was nice, but they literally left me with it without even glancing my way for half an hour! I had to make serious gestures to get wait staff attention. My main course was finally delivered to my table with little communication. I soon noticed that the flank steak was still bleeding. I had to eat around the bloody parts, then waited once again to get help. It had been well over an hour and I needed to get to my next stop in town. I flagged someone down to get a takeaway box, then waited another five to seven minutes while I watched the server leisurely help other customers. Finally, I got up and asked for the box at the register as well as the check. They seemed to be perturbed at my directness, and I simply told them that I needed to get on. I will not be going back.

Popular place to have lunch with good service and good food. If you want to have a table either you go there before noon or make the reservation day before.

A hidden gem in the middle of downtown Lund. I would recommend grilled lobster and Bellini with peach. Awesome combo
