Staff is absolutely friendly and nice as can be. Unfortunately, the facilities don't match the cost. Rooms have very little amenities. There's no fridge or air conditioning. Tried to have laundry made but they don't work on the weekends (I guess they sonehow don't consider guests will most likely visit them during weekends). There were cobwebs inside and outside my room. Cleaner left cleaning material inside the room and the floor wet. The only lights in the room were the bedside lamps, which needed a wiggling of the cable to get them to work. The breakfast menu is fine, but they miss things like putting fruit that is ripe instead of green. You'd be better off getting an airbnb here.

Standard room and clean room. It is in the center of city, close to Domkyrka. It has a restaurant and bar with good food. Nice breakfast.

Great location on pleasant square. Clean pleasant room (although with something of a small child's room character). Not apparently any air conditioner anywhere in the hotel. Great pub in the building!

Decent hotel directly at the town square of Kalmar! Had a 1p room which I have nothing to complain about. All was clean and neat. Got even a free small bottle of water upon arrival. No minibar available at my room tho.
Only thing they really have to fix is the air circulation system which is so loud that sleeping can be difficult if you need a 100% silent room.
Breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Great selection of warm and cold dishes, bread, juices, coffee and sweet things. Even gluten free, lactose free and vegan option are standard part of the breakfast buffet!
