The gym is quite new, so it's very fresh. However the layout is really strange, the gym is divided in two parts on different floors that are not connected. You have to go out to the main arena/hotel entrance and walk up two floors to reach the second part of the gym.
There is no need to bring padlock, lockers are activated by gym card.
