Very good very cheap vegetarian food. Limited choice of drinks: water or non alcoholic fizzy drinks as far as I could tell.

If you plan to go to jaffna, make sure to visit this place. There food is very nice. Very reasonable price. Big portions. Make sure to order less than a Colombo place. Popular among the citizens. Some time you have to wait for your take away.

Amazing place. Food is cheap. Staff are friendly.
Lunch starts at 12pm but you can wait there if you're early.
I had this amazing rice&curry for 150rupees!
Place is clean. Eat with your hands - you can wash your hands with soap here.
The staff aren't very good with English but they know enough that you can order.
The best rice&curry I had here - better than Mangos.
