Very poor facilities, no proper response from the staff concerned to the problems brought to their notice. Approach road to the hotel is very narrow one. Better not to choose to stay there.
Food items also not upto the mark.
Not having sufficient parking space.

Hotel staff are very friendly, however the property needs major cleaning. Room and bathroom was very dirty and old. I would not recommend anyone to stay here until some major improvement are done to try rooms.

This is the best hotel in the jaffna for authentic food. They have very delicious traditional recipes. I love their foods.
