We loved this historic site! It has beautiful arab artwork on ceilings and walls. We did the guided tour and found it really interesting. Highly recommend it!

No doubt it is a must (and highlight) in Zaragoza (for local and foreigns), so much history inside of those walls. Beautiful architecture and original art work still visible in some parts of the building. Sundays noon entrance+guide is free so there's no reason not to get in. Centuries of history and art in an impressive and well conserved place. Very easy to get ther by bus or walking from the center.

An incredible architecture. The palace was closed because of the parliament purpose. Worth to visit.

Disappointing. Over-hyped. One can see at the front entrance that only a few original stones remain, the rest is rebuilt. After many years of ignoring what was a fabulous palace and then using it to house soldiers, what remains today left me wanting more. Free entrance on Sunday.

A very interesting place where you can learn a lot about the history of the castle. From the Muslims and the revolution to the way it is used now for political meetings. Tours are offered in several languages so if you don't speak Spanish, don't worry.
