Super cozy hotel with delicious breakfast and great central location. We had never been to Valencia before but the staff was super helpful, especially Louis that gave us great recommendations and helped us during our entire stay. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Very nice and helpfull staff, breakfast was fresh with a lot of variaty. Good location, close to alle the highlights of Valencia and the offer bikes to rend.

Not the first time we have stayed here because we like it so much. The bedroom & bathroom were clean & tidy and the air conditioning was efficient (needed as it was very hot). The hotel is situated in a quiet side street in the heart of the city, easy to walk to bars, restaurants, city sites. The staff go the extra mile to be helpful, I would recommend.

A great location in the old town, 10 minutes walk from Colon metro station which connects direct to the airport and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Also there is a good range of restaurants and bars nearby, better if you move away from the main tourist areas.
The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful with directions and information, and all spoke good English. A good guide to a hotel is how they deal with a problem. The safe in our bedroom with had a mechanical fault. The staff instantly dealt with it by securing our valuables in the safe at reception until is was fixed.
There was a good buffet breakfast, better with the cold buffet than the hot..
The rooms were contemporary, minimalist in style, but perfectly fine.
And, excellent value for money.
