Pragmatical, clean and good. Beds to small and not comfortable. One can live with it for 2-4 days.

Nice place to stay near Las Arenas beach and restaurants. Good connection to the city centre by bus or tram (or even hired bicycle).
The place itself is clean and friendly. Bicycles can be hired at the reception. Breakfast is okay but dinner at the attached restaurant, Sunset Gabbana, is recommended :-)
