Pros:
Great location, super close to a great spot in the big park, very close to city center.
Staff is very professional and friendly
Good breakfast. Nice selection and great service.
Our room was HUGE, lots of space to get around, it was very nice
Nice patio to have a drink at
Cons:
There were no real windows in the room, which was a bit of a bummer (it was a loft in the top most floor so there were only two upwards facing windows). The room was otherwise very nice
The minibar was tiny, it would have been nice to be able to buy stuff outside and store in a fridge in the room

Lively contemporary hotel well located and excellent helpful staff. The hotel is small and gas it's own charm which would have me return again.

Helpful friendly staff, good food, great vegan and vegetarian options. If vegan definitely try the spirulina pasta, It was amazing. Also try the tofu burger from the bar menu. Very small but nice spa/pool area. Also a small gym. Had a good back massage for €31 after the €20 discount given to us on arrival. Nice rooms and great location to walk around Valencia.

I spend about a week at this lovely hotel. The location is great, close to shopping on Colon Street, close to the old town, as well as being close to a wide variety of great restaurants.
The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. They'e genuinely seeking to make their customer's comfortable and happy during their stay.
When I first checked in I was given a room with a very awkward layout. The bathroom was too small and I was just overall not happy with the room. So I spoke to the reception and they quickly accommodated changing me to a different room. The second room was definitely better, however, I just expected nicer, larger, and more comfortable rooms for a 5-star hotel.
Lastly, besides the small rooms, the reason I'm giving this hotel 4-stars rather than 5 is because I expected better amenities from a 5-star hotel. The gym/work area isn't something you can really workout in you also can't expect to take a swim in the "pool".
Having that said, I would still stay again at this hotel. When compared to other hotels in the area it definitely surpasses most of them when it comes to convenience, quality, and service.
