When we arrived, the room was perfectly made ready for our arival. The location of the hotel is perfect to see all of the city. The breakfast at the hotel is very good and even at the end of the breakfast time, all the different things are still available

Lovely hotel. Was sick for first 2 days of our trip but the room size, bed, bathroom made what could have been an awful few days a comfortable few. Good access to all the sights, quiet and clean.

The room was hot and muggy as soon as we stepped inside. We went downstairs and asked why the A/C would not come on. They told us A/C is only available during certain months and there is no way they can unlock the thermostat. This is complete BS since they locked it.. it can be unlocked. A/C is a big deal to me. There are other hotels in the area that were cheaper, but did not have A/C so we opted to spend more for Hotel Dimar since they say the rooms have A/C on their website. This is false advertising. The temperature outside was in the mid 80s during the day and the room was unbearable. So we left the window open all night (you can only crack the window about 3"), which helped, but by now you have bugs getting into the room and it's very noisy at night so my wife and I got hardly any sleep. TV was small and the volume would not go above 50, so with the noise outside due to the window having to be open made it almost impossible to even watch TV. We stayed in Spain for 2 weeks in various cities, had a great time, but this hotel was by far the WORST experience. So glad we only reserved one night. We will not be returning to this establishment.
So to be fair, the hotel was clean, the shower worked fine, and the location was pretty darned good. My major complaint was the false advertising on the A/C and the inability for the employees to help out a customer who made a simple request.
