The Holiday an Hotel was very good. The room and food was very tasty and I enjoy time I spent there. Special Thanks to Carolina. She was very polite and helps every men/Women. When I had questions, I know that I can ask her every Time and I got the right answer. When I will visit the Hotel again, I Hope she will be there.

Very clean, friendly staff, well managed. Bit far to walk into town up and down a few hills but overall a good place to stay.

Nice pool, rooms ok, the food really let the hotel down. Convenience wise it was a pain that there were only two sockets to a room. Town walkable on cooler days but would recommend taxis when hot.

Nice hotel if a little dated.
Good way outside Puerto de la Cruz town all steeply downhill.
Plus side food is delicious and taxis from town no more than 4 euro.
All round a good holiday.

Clean hotel with great gardens and nice pool, staff are generally nice but could be more attentive, mainly caters to a German cliental which maybe explains some strange breakfast choices like hot dogs and carrots for breakfast. But think even for Germans the veg may be pushing it at breakfast. The nightly dinners also varied in selection and quality. Reception was fine when the guys were on duty(printed out tour tickets etc no problem) but female despite every tour brochure and company advising us to book bus at reception told us to walk half an hour down the hill to book it from a tour company (even though never booked with them), she then when challenged this advised we could book it from hotel not at reception like advised but by calling from our room, overall the stay was relaxed and comfortable with clean spacious rooms but with basic amenities. It did have a fridge which was handy. Next time I'll probably look elsewhere but i certainly wouldn't be disappointed if i ended up here again
