Premier restaurant testé lors de notre séjour: Super! Du goût, des légumes qui accompagnent très très bien les plats de viandes servis (jarret d'agneau pour moi). Produits frais, ça se sent. Et de délicieux desserts, frais et délicieux, dont un inspiré par un grand chef de l'île: le gin tonic. A refaire

Amazing place. Food is delicious. Service is informative and very attentive. I would keep some room for the gin tonic dessert at the end.

Mil Sabres had a great choices of spanish home food with an a la carte twist! We were a group of five and had an fantastic meal with 4 different starters and 3 main courses that we all shared. All n all the food was good but i would recommend the red meat choices of the menu the seafood was not to my taste.

Excellent,multilanguage service (fluent spanish,english and german,maybe even more). We had a red wine from orotava, fish of the day and the mushroom risotto, and the gin tonic and gofio desserts. Food isn't cheap,but worth the price. Good quality and very well done. The most expensive dinner we had in puerto,but worth every cent! The atmosphere helps you relax and enjoy a nice dinner at this place.
