Very underwhelmed on entry and this didn't improve with the superior sea view suit. Travelodge has better rooms. Very central location. Food is average with not much choice for an all inclusive hotel. Go B&B and save your money to eat locally. Plenty of choice there. Bar and entertainment area is very average for a 4 star hotel. Nice staff and clean room. Pine wood floor in room is laminate flooring. Quite disappointing all in all. I should add that staff try hard and are great. Hotel just needs updating to bring it back on form.

Had a great holiday.. Hotels was very good with great room service.. Rooms and bedding cleaned every day... Staff very nice and helpful. Well done to all.. Booking this hotel for 2018.

Good bar staff. Good portions of alcohol. Nice hotel in general. Nice rooms. Various night time entertainment. Various international breakfasts. Probably could say more but I'm enjoying my stay here. Geographical location to town shopping and beach is fab too

Rooms are basic but clean and tidy. We had a sea view balcony room that came with a fridge and safe. Private garden and pool is secluded and quiet. Location is as good as it gets.

Stayed at this lovely hotel for five days and had a wonderful time. Never stayed in North Tenerife before but it is so beautiful with lovely views will definitely come back to this side of the island. The hotel was lovely and clean, the reception staff was very helpful, especially Andreas, if you have any problems or need any information about the island, want to know where the good restaurants are Andreas is the guy to speak to. Great customer service, nothing is ever a problem, he upgraded our room without us asking as our room wasn't ready so we had a lovely balcony room overlooking the sea. Lovely gym with good equipment. Will definitely come back again.
