No aircon. Not as described in listing. Staff not very helpful.
Room dark and and smells of sewage. Bathroom? Well shower hanging of the wall, if you turn it on you would have your own walk in pool.
No entertainment at all.
Food? Wouldn't feed it to the pigs and staff about as helpful as a brick wall.
No shops or anything like that that within a 20 minute walk from you.
Parking is a free for all. Staff fill it up in day time.
Place is a dump.
Better places for your money. Do some homework befor you think of booking.
Frome the airport south it is hour and half by car. If you do a transfer it would take 3-4 hours.

Having stayed 6+ times there it was lovely, friendly and welcoming. NOW, it's run by a 'company'. The concensus is, it attracts the wrong elements; staff moral is low. Not for families or retired people. 😕

Extremely disappointed with our experience. Smelt like an old people home. Facilities were poor. The childrens playground, tennis court and badminton court couldn't be used because they painted it - in the last week of July, really?? The swimming pool was only open from 9 til 6 because that's when the life guard was available. The daily activities put on were run by one young girl.
We were a family of 5 and were placed 2 floors apart even though we made a request to be near each other and asked to be moved. The bar was only open until 10pm but the evening entertainment only started at 9pm(the same DJ 5 of the 6 nights) Food was salad and meat dishes but not always suitable for young children. Extremely limited for all inclusive.
The hotel was so far from the town it took a good half an hour for us with young children to get down the 400 steps - even longer to get back!!

Some of the hotel staff were so grumpy i.e. Bar staff! Nadia at the reception was super helpful also the other girls, the waiters were super nice too as well as the cleaners. 😀
The food was such a let down no vegetarian options what so ever, if you are an vegetarian please don't bother coming here you will starve like we did. Also you can't take any kinda floats in the swimming which is such a big nonsense. Also no fan and no AC in the whole hotel. Also the wifi is rubbish! I can go on but these were the things I was most annoyed with!!
