Good hotel. Rooms look to be recently refurbished and are quite modern. Food is really good, nice range available. Meal times slightly chaotic as buffet seems to switch rooms randomly throughout each day. Bar service is abysmal, expect to wait in excess of 30 minutes to get a round of drinks.

Only our second day here but thoroughly enjoying our time here so far. Getting to the theme park is so easy. Only real faults are the lack of drink making facilities and the thin walls. It's quite a walk to any shops too.

Staff great. Location PERFECT. Everything needed is within hotel grounds. Pricing surprisingly not expensive. Definitely recommend and will be returning ourselves for another family trip away.

We've just come back from our lovely stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, big bathroom, always kept clean and tidy by the staff. In fact all the staff there work very hard! The downsides regrettably are that the check-in process takes far too long. I had to wait in a very long queue. Strangely they request that people with surnames beginning A-G form a different queue in the foyer from people with surnames beginning H-Z. But since most people would have a surname H-Z (myself included) this meant that there is one very long queue and the other is pretty much empty. After a long day of travelling you just want to get to your room fast.
Also there was the case of the food. The breakfast has a large selection to choose from and it's perfect to get your day going. The dinner on the other hand isn't so nice. We had the buffet included in our deal. However the food choice never changes from each evening although they offer very minor differences. For example there was always pizza, pasta and paella on offer. Every evening. You can get a bit bored of it after 4 evenings straight of the same thing. The only slight difference might be that Day 1 it might be a ham pizza, Day 2 might be a tuna pizza.
I think if the hotel can review quicker check-in times and a review of the food selection it would be absolutely perfect! Again thank you so much for our lovely stay, the staff really make the hotel what it is :)

Absolutely beautiful hotel, very peaceful and relaxing place to be. Two very large pools, with plenty of sun loungers. The food for both breakfast and dinner was very good with plenty of choice. Lots of attentive and helpful staff who speak a good amount of English, more than enough to get by. Having direct access to the park is a major plus, you enter the park at the main entrance but seperate to the normal paying public, very convenient. The rooms are good with a large bath and shower, there is also a clothes line for hanging clothes, and a fridge. The air-conditioning in the room is a nice edition as it can get very hot! Overall excellent hotel and normally very reasonably priced, well recommended.
