Exquisite wines. Ask the owner for wine recommendations. We had four glasses of regional red wines, all of which were very good! We have not had better in Sevilla since. We ate salmorejo, which was delicious. We also had the flan de esparrago, very light and intensely flavored. The owner and staff gave us a montadito de lomo en ajo and tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt. We finished with a warm goat cheese round with honey and quince jam. Really good.
