Nice staff. Nice hotel.
If you want a hotel close to the cathedral this may not be your first option, as it's located about 20 minutes walking from it.
If you don't mind it its a very good option.

Very good hotel located in Santiago. The service is really good. Staff is professional. Neat and clean hotel with good food. Best for families and children.
