They had a room for us when another hotel screwed up our booking, are they heroes? Yes, yes they are. Great rooms, good breakfast, only one elevator but you need to keep your heart healthy I.

The truth is that i have felt quite comfortable, the room are spacious whit own bathroom. Is if the true that is a little away from the central area of santiago , but they compensate with the good treatment i have received

Hotel was clean and staff all freindly and helpful and efficient.
Bed not great but large! Dinner buffet was not good. Breakfast was passable.
Situation 10 minutes walking from old town and in reasonably quiet area.

All seems nice, clean and in order. We will stay here for 2 days and elaborate more on this. Staff was friendly and efficient. We learned that there is some coffee & pastries & fruits in case of very early departure. In any case, we were offered to drop breakfast on the day of departure if we needed.

The big swimming pool and the excellent food served in its restaurant. The rear parking is the best alternative when you do not find a place in front of the hotel.
