Great location! Just in front of the sea within the city center, with cheaper prices when comparing with other hotels in the same places. Simple and small hotel with nice staff and good breakfast.

Amazing place. Right next to the small alleys with all the best food (pintxos) and not far from two different beaches. We accidentally were off at the beach when we should have been checked out, and the concierge was very forgiving, giving us 30 more minutes to shower and pack up. She even offered new towels, since ours were dirty from the beach. Then, when we checked out later, she offered to keep our bags while we wandered around before our train left. Very friendly staff and great rooms. Would come again.

Well situated hotel, short walk to beaches and tapas bars. Clean, basic rooms. Good size. Continental plus breakfast .

The hotel location is excellent, close to old town and the beach. The staff are friendly and very willing to share their in-depth knowledge of town. The rooms are nice, and breakfast is good.

The Hotel Parma is a small 2 story hotel located with a good view of the ocean and the river inlet. In fact, there were some surfers there one day. You can also see the conference center, which looks fantastic when lit at night. In fact, there were some surfers there one day.
The location is very convenient to the old town, with the tapas bars, shops and the sights to be seen all within easy walking distance.
The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. There is no elevator, but the stairs are not too steep. The lobby has some nice seating, and the breakfast area is functional. The rooms are of moderate size, and are very comfortable, with individual AC and heating units. A minor problem was repaired right away.
We had a great stay, since we didn't actually spend that much time in the room anyway.
