Simply fantastic! Very close to the park, with good pools. Perfect to spend a few days between the park and resting in the hotel.

Great value, efficient staff, nice rooms, really good breakfast & pool/surroundings. Only negatives were no bars/restaurants in the hotel open late & over half the staff refused to sell us anything (even a soft drink) if we didn't have an un-renoveable band on our arms 24/7. Felt like we were in Auschwitz when we were just trying to buy a Coke.

Second time here five years apart and its still as good as the first time!!! Great food, great beds, great staff, all round great experience, wouldn't hesitate to come back again

TERRIBLE
If I can give an advice: Don't stay at the PortAventura El Paso. The hotel is extremely expensive and the service is terrible. First of all, the bathroom was dirty, the bathtub broken and after two calls to the reception - No One came. The waiting time to do the registration at the reception desk takes ages and No One helped us with our Bags.
There is no food after 22:30 and no room service! Unfortunately, my staying was TERRIBLE...

Great hotel, very friendly staff and I would recommend this place to anybody. Good pool area to relax with plenty refreshments. The only problem I would say is the entertainment is poor for adults but good for kid's.
