Amazing overall experience from Excellence Rent a Car Salou. We hired the Ford Mustang convertible for 2 days and it really made our holiday one to remember. Great friendly service from the staff. They brought the car to our hotel at 9am and picked it up at 10pm each day, so no need to worry about overnight parking. Even refuelled it for us to make our trip easier.
I would recommend renting this car as its alot of fun for the whole family and a real head turner.
I will be using Excellence again the next time im in Salou.

I have rented two times from them, fantastic service both times. First time I had a puncture, I called them and they came 15 min later and replaced the wheel and took the broken one to repair.
Always very well presented and very good communication.
Higly recommended if you are in Tarragona/Barcelona area.
I have never experineced so good service with any other car rentals, I have been in 113 different countries.

Rented a car from this company, was served by a lady called Asta. To say the customer service was outstanding is quite simply an understatement. Asta was brilliant. We were offered a very competitive rate at the time of booking. the vehicle was of excellent standard and was almost new in age. We were offered help and advice by Asta's colleague Pedro. Pedro offered great local knowledge and offered advice on the best local attractions and informed us the ones to stay away from. Pedro's help and assistance was superb. 5 STARS IS QUITE SIMPLY NOT ENOUGH. IF I COULD AWARD A 10 STAR I WOULD. This company excelled all my expectations.

First place for renting a car in Salou. Best service I had ever seen in rent-a-car company. I booked a car directly at their place in Salou and get a Fiat Punto. The car was very clean. It was possible to rent it with an EC card and no credit card was needed. Give the car back at Barcelona Airport was no problem for a fair extra price. So a driver from the company accompanied me to the airport directly in front of the departure entrance of my airline. Feel free to ask the friendly stuff for any wishes to make your vacation as non-stressful as possible.

Great experience! We are very happy to report that renting a car through Excellence Rent a car was a great experience. The team is super friendly, helpful and dedicated to give excellent service. The price was reasonable and the car was brand new (Nissan Qashqai). We very much recommend them!
