A great hotel in Can Pastilla close to S'Arenal. It was a plesant stay with great staff, always helpful. The food is very tasty, and more than enough. The rooms are clean and the beach is opposite to the hotel. Evrething was great, we will definetly return.

Overall experience was great however we expected a bit more. It was our honeymoon, but noone even seemed to care about it even we informed the staff. Food was ok, but we were not not informed once we checked in that evening drinks were not included in our package and we felt a bit ashamed when a member of staff came and said that we should order drinks with them and we should not take them by ourselves when we already have done so. Finally we paid for it but it was not nice that we were not informed. Also, one day, potoes were not cooked enough, they were a bit raw. When we went to a room which was were basic, floor was wet and my wife nearly fell down. One more thing, water in jacuzzi was cold most of the time. Big thank you to a receptionist, cannot remember his name, but he was a young, very nice man who served us. Overall it was good but we expected a better service.

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff. Food was much better than expected, always fresh with a good choice for everyone. Room air con that actually works as it should meant you always had a place to cool down in the extreme heat. Nice roof top solarium to sun bathe with a hot tub and shower. Didn't need a pool as beach is right outside. A very enjoyable stay.

Just returned from this hotel.Staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful.Food was excellent and varied ,something for everyone Brilliant location for beach ,literally over the road.Thank you for a lovely relaxing break.Hope to return next year.Would recommend to anyone who wants an adult only hotel .
