Good quality hotel, excellent location! 10 mins drive from airport, 1 minuet walk to beach! Lovely pools and gardens! Friendly staff! Standard room is quite small but you can upgrade to a suite for €30 per night

The room was new and tidy, and the hotel is comfortable, but the stuff was not very polite when i asked for a room switch because they had given me the handicapped room. The breakfast buffet was nice with many options , but the dinner was poorer with low quality and re heated dishes

We stayed here for 7 nights half board in September and found the hotel to be very comfortable. The room was of a good size with enough storage space for a week's worth of clothes. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well every night. The hotel was very clean in the dining room and all the public areas.
The food was adequate, with the breakfast being the best meal of the day. Having said that the evening meal had plenty of choice and was cooked well but my wife did struggle to find something on occasions. There were snacks available from the bar during the day and were of a high standard.
The only real failing of this hotel is the satellite TV which only had 3 English language channels, all of which were news channels. So if you want to watch TV while you are there learn Spanish or German or download lots onto your tablet before you go. We did manage to use apps to watch ITV, BBC and Channel 4 but you need a VPN connection to a UK server to fool the apps. WIFI was intermittent but nearer the bar the better.

Smart, modern, clean hotel and nice to have adult only break away from screaming kids and parents about to have a nervous breakdown looking after them. Breakfast has all it needs for a good buffet including omelette station. Coffee, like most hotels industrial machine type but overall v good. All guests disregard the 'do not put towel on sun loungers' before 9:00 bit there are a lot of Germans staying here so...

The staff are this hotel's selling point. They are unfailingly smiling and helpful. The food is good and varied but much better dish contents signage is required to help those with religious or medical food intolerances. The rooms are modern and fresh but exceedingly small, as is the shower room. The air con in our room was not very effective consequently it was like being in a permanent sauna! Pools are lovely and like everywhere else, are sparklingly clean.
